Het Nationaal Sleepvaart Museum beschikt over een 'echte' scheepssimulator. Dankzij Alphatron Marine BV te Rotterdam, hebben we deze simulator ter beschikking gekregen. De simulator bestaat uit Ship Simulator 2008 van VSTEP , drie beeldschermen, een stuur tiller en motor handle voor het bedienen van de Furie en de Elbe. Hieronder ziet u de opstelling van de scheepssimulator (klik voor een vergroting).

Daarnaast beschikt het museum op een andere computer ook over de 'gewone' versie van Ship Simulator 2008. Dit programma is ook in de shop van het museum te koop.
